This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Just Zilch ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is developed and published by Mads Kristensen. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following locally on your device only (in the app's local storage). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us:
- Game settings (sound, vibration, opponent pace, animation).
- Statistics (games played, wins, best turn, fewest rounds, and similar).
- Your "Remove ads" purchase status and the daily ad counter.
Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the App removes this information from your device.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general app-usage and interaction data. We do not control and do not have access to this data beyond aggregated, anonymous reporting.
You can learn how Google uses this information here:
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device's settings (under Google / Ads).
3. Consent for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App shows a Google-certified consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served, letting you choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy & ad consent inside the App.
4. Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Remove ads"). Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details — Google handles the entire transaction. We only receive confirmation that the purchase is owned, which the App uses to turn off ads on your device.
5. Children's privacy
Just Zilch is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising services, please contact us and we will work with Google to address it.
6. Data sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed for the advertising and billing services described above, which are operated by Google under their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, requests relating to advertising data are handled by Google; please refer to the Google links above. For any other questions about this policy, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
As we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal account data for us to secure. Data kept on your device is protected by your device's own security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
